How to track my order ?

My order is blocked at the carrier, how to contact them?

Don't panic, it may happen that your package is stuck at the carrier.

In these cases, we invite you to contact them directly!

My order is blocked at the customs and I have to pay, what should I do ?

According to the legislation in force in your country, the customs will contact you so that you pay the customs clearance fees and that you recover your package. You will be responsible for these fees. Kuksa Shop is not responsible for the actions of the customs authorities.

I will not be at home at the time of delivery, how do I get my package?

If you have chosen home delivery but you are not at home at the time of delivery, don't worry, the deliveryman will leave your order in your mailbox. If this is not possible, he will take your package to the nearest post office. Don't worry, you will of course be notified. Your package is in good hands.


How do I make a return?

Anyone can change their mind... if this is your case and you wish to return your products, you have 14 days to do so upon receipt, provided you do not open or use the products. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. To change your mind, you must write to our customer service who will give you the return address and all the details.
