Also, on the handle of the spoon is a handmade engraving depicting a reindeer 🦌 and a reindeer leather tie allowing you to hang your spoon wherever you want! This wooden spoon is environmentally friendly and was made naturally following Sami traditions including treatment in boiling coffee to harden the wood and give it a beautiful brown color.🌿

This cutlery is made in the far north, in Finnish Lapland.

To keep this cutlery in good condition, with its beautiful color and shine, you need to maintain it with oil or a protective wax. You can buy grapeseed oil in our store, or a homemade protective wax.

We recommend that you wash your cutlery before using it. To wash it, use lukewarm, not hot, water and a natural, chemical-free soap. Once the cutlery has been washed, dry it immediately with a cloth. You mustn't leave it to dry on its own, as the wood will soak up all the water.
