Hand-carved in Finnish Lapland from birch burl, Lohi is a deep spoon that is both elegant and functional. Its generous shape makes it ideal for use as a classic spoon or as a coffee scoop.
Its warm tone matches kuksa cups perfectly, as it is made from the same traditional wood. The wood has been naturally hardened with salt water and coffee, following ancestral Lapland craftsmanship.
A reindeer is engraved on the top of the handle, and a reindeer leather strap allows the spoon to be easily attached to your kuksa or backpack.

This cutlery is made in the far north, in Finnish Lapland.

To keep this cutlery in good condition, with its beautiful color and shine, you need to maintain it with oil or a protective wax. You can buy grapeseed oil in our store, or a homemade protective wax.

We recommend that you wash your cutlery before using it. To wash it, use lukewarm, not hot, water and a natural, chemical-free soap. Once the cutlery has been washed, dry it immediately with a cloth. You mustn't leave it to dry on its own, as the wood will soak up all the water.
