Much more than a cup, the Kaniini kuksa is a true work of goldsmith where wood and reindeer horn are sublimated. A kuksa is an authentic wooden cup hand carved in the old Sami tradition. It was hand carved by a Finnish craftsman from birch burl, a growth that only some trees have. 🪵 The Kaniini kuksa has a reindeer horn finish on the handle to sublimate the cup. 🦌

Summer or winter, you can enjoy your drinks and keep them at the right temperature. This is because the wood of the kuksa keeps the drink warm without the cup getting hot and burning your hands. ☕️

My experience with the Kuska Shop was outstanding from beginning to end. I was looking for a tradional kuska and found just what I was looking for from this site. Ordering was easy and fast. Shipping was fast as well. My cup was very well protected with straw like packaging material and boxed to withstand it's long journey by mail. Directions on how to maintain my kuska was also included. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Best experience I've ever had using these natural exquisite handcrafted authentic wooden items. My favorite is clearly the kuksa cup made from authentic birch with a reindeer bone for decoration. I feel connected to nature with these items in a way that plastic and glass can't make me feel. Also, it's non toxic and authentic wood (not from china) meaning its good for overall health. I also love feeling like a viking while drinking from my kuksa cup and feel connected from that side of my ancestry. The items may seem expensive to most but I promise you they are not. You are paying for authentic handcrafted items that were made with attention to detail and care. They are not some fake toxic wood that a machine made from China. You're paying for the high quality items, culture, craft, artistry, care, and connection to nature all in one. I even paid extra to have it shipped to the u.s. and it came so unexpectedly quickly with a lovely handwritten note. I will definitely order more items fr ... om Kuksa Shop.
