How do I return my order?

To ensure a proper return and refund of your order, please follow the steps below:

1. Fill out the form below with your order number.⬇️ From this date, you have 14 days to return the order to us, with the shipping date as proof.
2. Make sure the product is in the same condition as when you received it and that it has not been used. Any product that has been damaged or used will not be refunded.
3. In your package, with the product(s) in question, indicate the order number and your first and last name.
4. Send the package back to the following address

We ask that you choose a delivery method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, and if the package gets lost, we will not accept any claim.
